Getting in shape isn’t easy. It’s hard, uncomfortable, and boring. I admit that all of these are true, but there is a way to make sure that you do get great results.

If you’ve been struggling to fit your workouts in, the biggest thing that you need to change NOW is your consistency. Most importantly, it’s time to get some.

You’ve probably heard me say it before, but study after study has shown that consistency is far more important than exercise intensity. That just means that getting to the gym and going through a slightly challenging workout a few times a week is a LOT more effective than working out super hard every now and then.

It’s designed to provide extra accountability, faster results, and a whole lot of fun while working together with your friends! And we’re going to do it early enough to get you out of here in time to get ready for work!

I’m going to offer two different classes, that will be limited to 6 participants each. Both of them will be early enough (5:45am and 6:45am) to still have plenty of time to get to work.
